Cicero Egli was born in Zürich in 1973. He lives in Geneva and works in the fields of cinema and contemporary arts, involving collaborations with artists and activists on multiple local and international projects. In 2003 he started a cinematographic work and produced a series of feature video essays. Since 2008 he is interested in the link between social realities and narrative processes. In 2012 he signed his first fiction entitled Le jour viendra, which was shown in several film festivals.
